Wild Penny Room is our free room, open for bingo 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and no purchase is necessary to join its games. Its winnings are not cashable, so we recommend it to members who have not made a deposit. Winnings from this room cannot be moved to any other room or casino game, and if they are, we remove all funds from the account, for depositing players too. When a depositing player asks for a withdrawal, any Wild Penny Room winnings will be deducted, and a withdrawal request for those winnings is cancelled, with no exceptions.

New players get a £30 free trial bonus, playable only, to try our bingo games and service. You don’t have to deposit, and the bonus is credited automatically into your account once you sign up.
To qualify, your registration must be accurately completed, and accounts with invalid or incomplete details do not qualify. The bonus stays in your account for 30 calendar days, and we remove whatever is left after that. We allow one bonus per person, family, household, computer, address, e-mail address and card number, and one per shared-computer setting such as a university, fraternity, school, public library or workplace.
Winnings from this bonus can be used to play, but they cannot be withdrawn. From 12am ET on Monday to 11:59pm ET on Thursday, you can also use it on Parlay Slots.

If you play bingo only, you wager the bonus plus deposit 3.5 times before a withdrawal. If you play casino games, slots included, you wager the bonus plus your deposit 30 times. Deposit bonus eligibility
Members who are ahead of the house over their lifetime or over the last rolling 12 months cannot get deposit bonuses, unless a specific promotion or an offer approved by our management says otherwise. A member is ahead when their qualifying withdrawals exceed their qualifying deposits for that period.

Withdrawals
Eligibility and request frequency
To be eligible for a withdrawal, you need at least one single deposit of £30 or more within the last 30 days. The time between a deposit and a withdrawal must be greater than 72 hours, and if you ask earlier, your payout will be declined. You can make one withdrawal request in any 7-day period.
Before you request a payout
You can withdraw from your winnings balance only, and winnings built up before you became an active depositor cannot be withdrawn. A withdrawal cancels all unqualified bonuses, qualified bonuses and earned bonuses on your account. If you deposit while you have a pending withdrawal request, that withdrawal is cancelled automatically, and new withdrawals are blocked for 1 to 3 weeks depending on how often it happens.

A request above or below these amounts is declined, and we ask you to request again for the correct amount. Withdrawals for bingo and casino games together are capped at £1,000 at all times. When you have won more on casino, the casino weekly maximum applies, and when you have won more on bingo, the bingo maximum applies.
Processing window
We process withdrawal requests Monday through Thursday. A request made after 6pm ET is processed on the next available day. Requests made from 6:01pm ET on Thursday until 11:59pm ET on Sunday are declined, and you can ask again on Monday.
Verification
Every withdrawal is subject to verification and audit, and we need your identity and account documents before we process it. Approved KYC documents stay valid for one year, unless we need updated ones sooner because your account details change, for security, for payment processing or for another verification reason.
Bitcoin payout
Bitcoin payouts are offered at our manager’s option. Members who deposit only with Bitcoin are eligible to use this option, after a minimum of 6 months of Bitcoin deposits. If you have used other methods before, you can switch to Bitcoin as your main deposit option and, after some time, we can treat you as a Bitcoin depositor. A Bitcoin transfer costs £30, deducted from your winnings, and it is free for active BitClub members. Approved Bitcoin payouts take 48–72 business hours.

A cheque costs £30, taken from the winnings in your account. Approved cheque payouts arrive between 7 and 10 business days, and delivery can take longer.
